I have asked the delivery requests to be delivered in English many times now but have not received any response yet, it appears they may not be able to accommodate people with other languages although I clicked the english box on the app it appears to have had no effect on the work order delivery offers via text message to my phone which work but my verson of messenger doesn't have a translation option thus I would require a full size pc to fill an order with a lot of time wasted in a library.

I have been employed with Fantuan as a delivery driver for half a year now & love the company I work for, flexible hours and great pay let alone in comparison to my previous employment with Uber Eats. Such amazing management & the app is very easy to use with options to pick your preferable language and light or dark color theme. I do not plan on ever stop working with Fantuan whether it's full time or part-time.

Worked for them for a short time. Customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They keep chasing you with calls if you're 1 or 5 min late. It's ridiculous! Hope they'll start behaving for their own sake

It is the worst delivery provider for a delivery driver. They do not understand the difficulties of a driver. There is no time maintenance facility like Uber, Deliveroo for example if a customer orders from Mars, then the time it takes to find a customer from Mars after reaching there on time according to the traffic laws is not in their common sense. Then if ever there is any problem with your bike, and it is delayed for some reason even after informing the customer, they ban you!
