Real shame... Dirty stained seats... 🙊🙉🙈 Oh boy Fairways both the outgoing and returning taxis where NOT YOUR USUAL STANDARD.... I could go on. Even the driver of our outbound journey drove for himself, no communication between us. He drove like he was in a demolition derby and drove as if no one else was in his car. Banging mexican music. Heat from the Sahara. 80mph on M11 and 30 to 40 mph in 20mph ulez zones🙊🙉🙈🙉🙈 he spoke poor English. Looked like he slept in his car. BO that made us reach

Charged me a cancellation fee because I could not locate the driver, the driver refuses to come to the address and asked me to find him from the main road. After 15 mins of search I still could not locate the driver, and they still charged me.
