They recently updated the app to restrict reward redemption. I do not understand this policy as I have spent the money to earn the rewards, why restrict how I can use my hard-earned points. The app is getting better and more robust, but this new policy irks me. This new policy is not consumer friendly and is generally annoying.

App is very annoying. To add my card it asks for the street address and zip. First I enter my PO Box and zip. It tells they don't match. So I enter in my actual street adress (even tho I don't get mail there) and it again tells they don't match. And yet somehow my mail still gets to me. So I can't add my card to pay for the food. Makes me wonder why I would go here.

Can not place an order through the app. Entered payment information and double-checked it to make sure everything was right and when I order it says "payment method not accepted at that location." I then drove to that location and used that payment method at the drive-thru. Makes the app pretty much useless other than as a menu
