Overall pretty good, my issues are that the fast balance feature doesn't even show up on the log in screen so can't use it even though its enabled and I have to answer security questions everything I log in.

App just literally doesn't work, when I open the app it greets me with a white screen saying "FC Bank Go Mobile" but does nothing else. I've left it sit for several minutes and nothing happens... Great app.

Just a garbage app. This app constantly keeps getting my account locked out every time I try to log in. I go and call customer support, and they will unlock my account. Then the next time I log in it gets locked out. I'm over the app and honestly even the website as well. Guess I just do old-fashioned banking instead.

Okay but could be a lot better. Mobile deposit only seems to work half the time. It wouldn't let me deposit today, saying error try again later. The max mobile deposit amount can be very inconvenient and would be nice if it was increased.

A recent update to this app, or my Pixel 7's update to Android 14 has made it absolutely unusable. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. What happens? *If* I manage to get my username and password entered without the app disappearing, roughly two seconds after I tap through, it crashes. I'm sad, because FC Bank is a decent bank. Please fix this?
