Very helpful and I love the bill pay. Always up to date and accurate. The allow any early check posting from your job to be available early. Also, you can take a picture of a check and deposit it. Some rules apply but it works for me. And help from a live person is just a phone call away.

App keeps crashing and frequently won't even load the logic screen, just displays an error message. Now it was freezing after entering my passcode. Mobile website is also broken. Won't let me log in. Keeps saying 'you have been logged out due to inactivity' when I hit login.

The worst credit union I ever dealt with! So many fees is ridiculous 🙄 I am a FedEx employee. Charge as much as you can! I don't even see the benefits of being a member if there take all your money in fees. Capital One has fee less checking and give you free checks. Why would I stay here? Now it been 2 weeks since left the credit union. I still can't get my money! They send a check which take 2 weeks to arrive and it is hard to cash it! These credit union are a ripoff!
