Have been using this app for 2 weeks, and it's already been so much more informative and accurate for fertility tracking than the app I previously used for 8 months. Updated app and now I can't log in. No more data. Can't even reset password. Nothing in my junk mail either. What gives. *Update 2024July23: I have followed all the prompts. It shouldn't be this difficult to regain access. 10 years of data gone. I maintain the single star review.

Unless u have a big temp shift in ur bbt it won't pinpoint ur ovulating even no u have 3 up temps it will not pin ovulating I always had a big temps shift until I had a miscarriage 3 months ago, but now it's changed even no im ovulating and confirmed by doctors this app will not pinpoint ovulating at all ive used this app for a long time, but now I'm not no point in trying to use something that just don't pinpoint unless ur temp go to 78

Issues with passcode. I've had to reset it twice, doesn't seem to work. Response: in the username/password/passcode settings there is an optional passcode. I have reset my password and am not setting a passcode this time. I had them set the same (PW/pc).

Trying to sign up and am required to enter a recovery code I don't have. Nowhere to enter a new password.

FF was never accurate for me - at all. It may work for those with regular cycles, but pretty useless as far as I'm concerned. Considering all the data I put in, still could not detect ovulation half the time, even though it was obvious (temp shifts), could not predict when my period would come... Over time, I've stopped using FF and am now using a simple tracker which does all that with no issues, without all the clutter features and a more intuitive user experience and cleaner interface.
