This is the worst fintech in Nigeria and the world, I've had the worst experience in my entire life with them. I'm an agent and did a withdrawal for customer, fetswallet approved it, but I never got the equivalent in my wallet #14500. They don't have customer care, I'm sure they don't exist. Guys please stay away from this useless so call company, unless you plan on loosing your money.

Very poor customer service. Many times a failed transaction yet the money will be deducted and reversals take 2 to 3 weeks. I. Use to love FET but now my love is deeply dropping
