★★★★★ It was what I needed and was easy to use

★★★★★ One of the best app for data collection. They have more templates which are readily available to use, but the best part is we can create our own custom templates. We can collect data in offline mode too, and it will be synced when the device comes to online. We can share the reports in PDF format within our team. It is more suitable for small as well as large enterprises. We are a 10 member team using this application for data collection. Thanks for the team for making our job simpler.

★★☆☆☆ Glitchy and not working Downloaded and installed only for it to continually ask me to turn on my location services, even though it was already turned on, and the permissions allowed. It gave me no option to close the window and continue on with the app. Immediate Uninstall and 1-star review.
