★★☆☆☆ Can't log in since 2 weeks ago due to server error I checked the reviews and I saw a lot of users having the same issues, but the question is when do you plan to fix your system?

★★☆☆☆ Verification process is a task and waste of time. It keeps asking the same thing and won't go through. It even asks you to log via browser and register again. Makes me think if this app is even secure or working at all. If verification is a failure what more if you put your money in it. Sketchy in my opinion. Red flag at first.

★★☆☆☆ The FORGOT PASSWORD module is not working - both in website and mobile app! I wasn't able to log in to my account since Nov 22. I have sent 3 emails on Nov 25 for ff up but no one is assisting.
