★★★★★ Successfully trialed the free/ad-supported tier in my home country on 2 phones - about 0.2Mbps. The pricing & service model is good, the support I received about a minor speed issue was prompt and helpful. I hope Firsty succeed because having known-ok data on arrival in a new country is invaluable, especially with the very-easy upgrade to faster data for however many days are needed. I also like that provided "fast" days can be paused and used for a later trip if no longer needed.

★★★★★ First impressions are good. My first esim and a using free version. I'm ok with tech and got esim installed ok. But had trouble with getting data network running live. Ai support was useful. I was passed on to a live agent who finished off the job efficiently. Free data has allowed web searches, social media chat and Google Maps routing well. Testing this esim now as I'm considering using some paid service in a couple of months. I'll update review if I use paid service.

★★☆☆☆ My phone runs on Android 15 and has eSim support. But can't download this app - says Device isn't compatible with this version (OnePlus Open)

★★☆☆☆ FIRSTY SCAMMED ME. I paid for a Comfort+ plan and despite the Firsty eSIM working for the first few days of my trip it stopped working. I had to spend money on another SIM as I was left without internet. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND, YOUR PRODUCT IS UNUSABLE.

★★☆☆☆ I have paid for their service and got ghosted by their customer support after not working, I spent 3 hours with Mary for debugging with no luck. She said that she would return with a solution, but since then, nothing has happened, If you need a stable internet connection for holiday go somewhere else, they did not refund the internet for the days when the internet was not working.
