Incredibly poor experience. If you try to install the app from the fitness first website (as they recommend), they only provide you with a link to download the app from the Apple Store. No option for Google Store. Then, to identify yourself for the first time, they send you a link in an email and guess what? The link redirects you to the Apple Store, even if you've literally just triggered that email+link from the Android app. The workaround is to log in by pretending you forgot your password.

Cannot log in, on top of that they blocked access to the FitnessLOFT app with FF app ad, as a result I cannot check anything now. Very bold move, IT department should get a rise

Total garbage; the app is non-functional. After one week I couldn't log in anymore; it gave me some weird error message. I attempted to reset my password, but I never received the e-mail with the verification code and yes I checked my junk mail. Unfortunately this app is mandatory to book training appointments. Timify worked so well, but some genius decided to ruin a good thing. Because of the incompetence of this app I am unable to train and therefore just donating my money to Fitness First. I will shortly cancel my membership because I don't like paying for nothing.

* Notifications only triggering when the app is open rendering class registration reminders useless * Notification session takes couple seconds to open even when there's a handful of them * "Clear all" button easy to click in such scenario when tapping the unresponsive bell subsequently * When that happens, the undo option at the very bottom disappears so quickly it's next to impossible to move the finger to it
