I have being member of fitness first for 6 years and recently has joined to the Box master class with Aaron on Palm. Such a powerful exercises, made your shape noticeably changed as involving different exercises and muscle group. We really need this class !!!! And will be great if Fitness First do it even more times during the week and promote it. As great found, and you really feel gym after this class !

Booking is always full even if you try it the second it opens. You're always on the wait list and THEN even if a spot opens up, and you're through for the class they don't send you a notification or mail like the previous app. You get blocked from booking classes if you miss a class that you were just in a waiting list for? I don't understand how this app runs...its even worse than the previous version but at least that app was user-friendly.

Utterly ridiculous app. Doesn't work half the time. App crashes constantly specially when you try to cancel or book a specific class, and then you are suspended for late cancelation. Disastrous!

The app is terrible. They allow you to book a class only 48 hours before. I clicked on Book Class exactly 48 hours before the class, and it showed full of only waiting list open. This is a popular cycling class at the Burman gym, but it's impossible that the class booked out in 1 second. Also, when you write a complaint on the app, the font is white on a white background, and you cannot change the color to black ?! For the amount you pay in membership fees, this is not justified.
