★★★★★ Does work in Australia now, but doesn't have full functionality of the website. Can't manage payments or suspend membership from the app.

★★☆☆☆ Useless. Constantly logs you out, then requires a verification email to log back in, it's then complete luck as to being able to log back in or not. I currently can't log in, the app just hangs when I enter the 2FA code. We have a family account so every time someone else needs to log back in I receive the one time email code, if I'm not free to check my emails they can't log in, whoever made this decision is a moron. In summary, the app doesn't work in its current state.

★★☆☆☆ Can't get past the two-factor authentication screen, surely it's not even required for a gym app??

★★☆☆☆ After several updates, the multifactor authentication still doesn't work and therefore leaves me hanging at the stage after the code is entered. I've never been able to access the app since they overhauled it.
