I used your app to order, nice, simple, and easy to use. Staff were clean, polite, and friendly. A young lady with a facial dermal piercing was very helpful and smiled while she worked. The gentle man packing the order was polite and seemed to be enjoying his job. The team seemed to work well and happily together which was nice to see.

Absolutely dreadful. Who wrote this piece of garbage? Unable to find my location, unable to log in despite having an account. Items missing from the menu (milkshakes) and then when you finally get to the checkout and enter the payment details it throws you bank to the initial page without placing the order. An exercise in frustration, annoyance and designed to raise your blood pressure to breaking point. I repeat, written by a 5-year-old and completely useless. PS. The burgers are good.

Absolutely useless. Select location, select what you want from the menu, select date and time for collection, go to payment, insert all details (you can only do online card payments) and touch to place order and then it crashes. Says internet connection dropped and doesn't go through. Tried for 2 hours, both over Wi-Fi and data, same result. Only frustrates you and make you decide to spend your money somewhere else. Total waste of time.
