Waste of money! Can't use it. Always says connect to phone, but it won't connect. Uninstalled reinstalled cleared cache. Reset device. Tried customer support suggestions. Nothing worked. After all this time, one would expect to update the flir app, hook up the device, turnip on, and have it work. But NO, IT STILL DOESN'T WORK! WHY???!!! WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT WITH YOUR DEVICE? I REALLY COULD USE IT TO HELP WITH MY JOB! IVE NEVER REALLY HAD IT ABLE FOR WORK. I FEEL THIS IS SOMEHOW AN INTENDED OUTCOME

What a dysfunctional app. Avoid! On a Motorola Razer 2023 Plus it doesn't work, the app never sees the camera. On a tablet (Android 13) the image is rotated 90 degrees (USB is on the side) and no way to change it. Device display settings have no effect. The older apk from their site -no work. Save yourself money and just buy a phone with a thermal camera. Samsung Tab Active 2 -can't even install the apk. Big regret buying the Flir One Pro camera, nothing Pro about it. Toy
