They will lock your card any time they feel like something is fraudulent even if it's a gas station purchase that you go to for over a year. They will give false information on how to unlock the card and when you get upset/frustrated try to hang up on you.

I have owned this app for over 10 years. And let me tell you this is the worst bank I have ever had due to the features of this app. I don't understand the logic behind needing to send a code to my phone to log in, yet I'm using the phone with the app on it to begin with. So anybody who knows my password can get the code from the same device they're using to get in my bank. When I asked them to take the verification code off they say they can't. In one year they sent me 34 codes. I'm done.

The app is annoying. Mobile deposit is glitching says I deposited a check that had just been written. The chatbot is useless. Calling for support is useless spent forever waiting never got a representative had to go through the chat which didn't understand what I was looking for except for one word, representative.
