Delta aircraft are modern and up to date on features and upgrades. The flight crews are friendly and very helpful. I love the back of the seat entertainment screens. It is nice that they offer ear buds to enjoy the content privately!

I have had so much trouble logging in. I even contacted the IT people to recover my account. The app just hasn't worked great for me

My wife tried to check in on the app on her phone, and it would not allow us to check in. It asked what date we were returning to the country and when we entered the date we received an error. I checked in online on my browser and added a checked bag. Tried to get boarding passes on my Delta app, and it said we weren't checked in, and I had not paid for baggage. Had to go through the entire check in process again and still shows we didn't pay for our checked bag. Absolutely brutal customer service.

Don't research your flight too much before booking. I like delta flights, but they will increase the prices, just because you keep checking prices. Only takes 1–3 times. I've tested it with multiple flights.
