The app never lets me log in, but I can use my login information to log in via web browser. It's super frustrating and inconvenient because I have to go to the bank weekly to deposit my paycheck instead of using the check deposit feature on the app.

Absolutely worst banking app ever...when it works. For the past 2 weeks every time I log in it tells me there is an update needed to go to do it and nothing is there. In the past 6 months I have been locked out using the correct password and thumbprint and call to fix the issue reps and get snarky responses from reps "that happens when you keep entering the wrong password". Tell me how it's the wrong password when it's my fingerprint and my password is saved???

Lost a bunch of mobile functionality with the merger with Heritage. App is not very intuitive, but works. I have to uninstall and reinstall as the fingerprint access randomly quits working.
