I've been using Folded for several months now and the App works great and it couldn't be more convenient or easy to use. I haven't done my own laundry or schlepped a bag of clothes down the street since and haven't looked back! Quality has been top-notch since Day 1 and customer service has always been on-point, to say the least. Pricing is very fair- "cheap" in my eyes for New York City.

Their customer service is terrible. It's satisfactory when nothing goes wrong, but it's a disaster when it does. When a service is all about convenience isn't convenient, move on. Bottom line, there are better alternatives.

Handed my clothes to them and lost contact. Nobody picks up the phone, nothing shows up on App. Horrible experience.

No way to login without Facebook? Although I was able to to get an account on their website, the login page on the app is missing a button. I can enter my email address and password and press return but nothing happens. There is a button for logging in with Facebook and a button for forgot password, but neither of those options apply to me so I can't get in.
