It lets me choose what I want to do. It tells me how many calories I loose and how many steps I do. I defiantly recommend downloading this app because it helps you lose weight.

This is a wonderful app! This app helps me with burning calories and drinking water throughout the day. Also, exercises are very easy to do! For me this works for me! I've lost a few pounds so far! But I just started! I'm loving on this app!

Way too many ads. Starts the second it's installed. Even if the app isn't even open

The momet you open the app an ad pops up. I turned off the app notifications but every time i m busy with something on my phone like watching TikTok notifications keep poping up and i don't know what to do. I also tried doing the true or false questions they have on the app, but no matter what I click it tells me im wrong and then I have to sit through 2 adds just for it to tell me im wrong again. It is just so frustrating trying to do anything on this app.
