Two-Factor Authentication doesn't work & all the technical contact methods have been stripped from the app leaving only healthcare providers clueless about the app functions. It's nice to see a medical information app supporting 2FA, even if it's email or text message. The later should be eliminated due to the risk of SIM card spoofing and replaced with physical security keys. NOW IF THEY CAN GET 2FA WORKING...

There is a Print Receipt button and a Close button that display on the receipt IN the app after you use the app to pay a bill. Neither one works, nor do they follow design standards that say that non-working buttons should be visually different in appearance to not give the user the impression that they work. Those two buttons should not show on the receipt in the app. Furthermore, if you go to paid bills, nothing shows even a week after paying a bill.
