★★★★★ I take photos of my ID and face, and it just tells me "something went wrong". I can't sign up Edit: I did sign up after trying five times. It got my name wrong and there's no clear way to correct it. The "need help" button just sends me to a video talking about how there won't be any problems signing up with this app Edit: I have had problems with this app in the past, but it does seem to be much smoother these days. I use the card often, as well as the savings account.

★★☆☆☆ I've had this card for the better of two years if you run into any issue they won't help you an atm took my money and every time I try to report it they close out my report and say they can't help even if they originally said they could help me and instead of trying they just ignore you more and more instead having an actual bank account is better than this don't waste your time

★★☆☆☆ The button "Need help" doesn't work ... I have to access it through a different cellphone after trying a lot. The "I forgot my password"option, doesn't work... Customer service try to do their best, but it's not enough ... They ask you to do things that someone with not too much skill couldn't do. Their validation method is confusing. They ask you to send a picture/video through the app and the app doesn't let you add the evidence, and they provide a link that it doesn't work, it's obsolete...
