I'm forced to change my review which used to be 5 stars, but now if it was possible, I would have rated the App with -(minus 10*). Notifications are constantly forced through 3rd party apps and has become borderline harassment.! Also learning about how the greed involved is forcing smaller establishments into closing due to the demands that if not met... But I, personally also think the service is poor and very many times disrespectful and not bringing it to you but rather expect you to meet up

They accept the orders and cancel it after 1h waiting time due to too high demand on drivers. I believe professional company would make sure they have enough hands to accept orders, or they should block the ordering option. It happened 3rd time in last 2 months. Food often arrives damaged as well.

Used to be top in delivery. Nowadays whether you pay extra for food or for the rider, there is no delivery in time and the food is always either luke warm or cold. They also use the difficult weather conditions as an excuse or the high order volume, and offer no cancellation before the driver has picked up the order. No point of the high prices and delivery fees. This is now a saturated bad quality business which I will no longer contribute to

Very negative customer service experience: I ran into some bug/technical hiccup in a hurry situation, which resulted in a duplicated order. The restaurant noticed the error, they called me and cancelled the second order. Nevertheless, my money was taken, and while the restaurant was willing to cooperate, the foodora customer service refused all help. I could only get my money back through the bank/card company (by showing screenshots about the ridiculous complaint handling). Not recommended.
