When 1st downloaded this it was junk, until Amazon fixed the App now it works awesome, it stays connected and works like it should, no more issues.

Junk I get to sign in bar for amazon, and it just blinks. It used to work before a samsung update. UPDATE, it was actually an Amazon malfunction. Works as should now. But to have to tap the mic notice on your phone to talk is not very safe when driving. In Wash. State this can get you a traffic ticket.

The app is o-k at best. I just got a new phone and now a new annoyance. With my old phone (moto z4 play), all I needed to do was select Ford Alexa on the sync display and all as good. I never needed to touch the phone. Now with the new phone I have to physically open the app in order to enable the wake word. Whatever happened to hands-free? Ford/Amazon, you have made an unsafe app. This should be fixed immediately, it is unsafe.

Bad user interface. Why isn't there an option to use the truck cellular connection instead of my phone? It would be nice to have the truck self-contained. It has everything it needs to have to do everything. Should not have to open the app on my phone. And why can android auto connect to the phone but if I disable android auto it removes the Ford+Alexa app from the list and I have to go back in and hit connect Bluetooth and phone. Just leave it in the list and make it, so it can connect.
