★★★★★ So easy and convenient. Sometimes I can't remember if I locked the car and all I have to do is open my Ford pass. I can lock or unlock my vehicle. Love it

★★☆☆☆ This app. Works great when it works, but every few months it will log me out. So I will log back in. Then it says I need to grant permission with the owner before it will connect again. Then I will spend an hour on the phone with customer service trying to connect back to my truck. Then a few months later I go through the same thing again, so I just quit using it. I can understand having to log in occasionally for security purposes, but I should have to call and verify that is my vehicle.

★★☆☆☆ How is it years later Ford still doesn't know how to provide actually useful and functional charging settings? Add a charge now option and have your vehicle actually accept charge targets on your slider vs having the app bug out and never charge to the selected goal. If I set it to 100% charge for a road trip, I expect it to not randomly decide to charge to 80% even though I clicked the one time charge button

★★☆☆☆ Works half the time. Very frustrating to be rushing off to work and get stuck in garage with a car that won't start. I then have to waste time looking for my key fob.
