Please fix the Fox woods rewards. I was at the casino 4.5 hours from home.I went to trade in the points for $20 bingo voucher, only to be told it's not available now.I have been collecting those points now a bit under a year. I have 9000 saved and cannot do anything with them. I'm disappointed, I do not know when I will be able to get back to the casino again. I will continue playing the slots game as I enjoy them. The game itself is great. No complaints there.

This game works great at keeping me out of a real casino, seeing millions of fake dollars disappear every day really prevents me from thinking I'd win anything in real life. Kind of a flawed business model on their end though, huh? They're just hungry for you to spend real money on fake coins, instead of enticing you to make a trip to the real casino. Ever since fox woods online became fox play it's been downhill.

Had 6 million coins in a bonus game then to have crashed before it could finish, they did not honor after contacting customer support they asked for a screenshot which I could not provide since the game crashed. The response they gave me was we cannot give any coins because it might inflate our economy since we have a different economy.
