Love this app, because you can find local places to eat or drink through the eyes and words of people that actually live there. It's a nice alternative than other ways to search for places to go. Very user-friendly as well.

I enjoy using the Franki App as a content creator. It's as a fun way to discover new restaurants through video format and an additional way to interact with local foodies. I like that they're always improving and adding new features. The two things I'd love to see improved is the video quality, which gets compressed once uploaded, and being able to reply directly to specific comments.

So I am going to be Frank about my Franki experience. Purposely went to the restaurant or eatery just because they are on Franki app to get that cashback. Out of 10 recent purchases? I only got 2 transactions worth of cashback. I didn't k ow it was random or there was limit to how many cashback we can get? And now I feel like I am getting scammed for visiting all these places for the cashback hunt but end up getting almost to none at the end. Worth a try but not a practical app folks.

Cool idea Poor execution Most restaurants I visit in my area aren't even listed. So it certainly doesn't have anything new to discover. Google will even show pins for area restaurants they don't have listed. Maybe will be a good app someday when they actually have a robust directory.

At this point (new user) I'll use Yelp more often, though I'll check back to see if listings have grown. I would like expanded options (more specificity), maybe as categories under your main choices, such as Pho, Shabu-Shabu, or Sushi, rather than just Vietnamese, Japanese, or whatever. Also, I'd like to strictly limit or exclude things, such as: I don't want to see Taco Bell, Ralph's, or the Old Santa Ana Courthouse, when looking for a restaurant.
