I'm actually impressed by the app, working in financial services I wasn't expecting much. But it's actually really good. I got the impression in the shop that not many people use it, but it took me 2–3 minutes to sign up and pay. The flexibility of varying the pay over specific months and assessing the potential payment of a purchase in advance is good. The option for a proper direct debit is nice too. I'm glad I've signed up.

Set up a direct debit for payment. Payment wasn't taken and failed, left with potential mark on credit. Customer service were useless, I could've said what they said, no effort made to help.

The app itself is fine......when it works, however I have been attempting to place an order with USC and pay with Fraser Plus and when redirected to the app to authorize the payment there is nothing there, customer service are dreadful, took no responsibility and fobbed me off to USC who then done the same back. Worst customer support ever encountered

Chat expires while your typing your response, so you get disconnected. Automatic direct debit worked first time then second purchase didn't work, so payment not made in time so tried to issue late fee, customer service did waive the fee but their agents where giving me different information. I will be cancelling my account and do not recommend this app or service.
