I recently rented a bike from Freedo near Dumdum Surer Math, and the experience was excellent. The process was quick and download the app, verify KYC, book the bike, pay online, and pick it up. The staff were friendly, and both pickup and return were seamless, with just a quick inspection at the end. Affordable pricing (₹199 + ₹59 for an extra helmet for one day). The km limit was 120 km/day. If you travel beyond 120 km need to pay 2rs/km for the extra kms you drive.

Booked bike for 7 days, on 1st day noticed that the bike have a long list of problems, called customer care for exch, a bunch of idiots are sitting there, totally unethical illiterate and idiot staff is sitting there. I request you all please don't use freedo boycott this fraud co.

I had a very bad experience with this bike rental service. I rented a bike for one day, but they took two hours to give me the bike. When I finally got it, there wasn’t enough petrol to even reach the nearest petrol pump. I had to walk to the pump to refuel. After riding the bike for just 2 kilometers, it broke down and wouldn’t start. I tried for an hour but couldn’t get it running, so I called their service number. They said they would call me back and send help, but no one contacted me for 2
