As a result, I feel I am already looking at my symptoms and my mindset differently and more positively. Thank you, Freeme.

★★★★★ Seems promising but for the target audience this sure is a lot of clicking, and it starts out by requiring focus on three longish videos, probably not suitable for brain fog patients. Price seems fair, but is only disclosed after a substantial investment of time, and you can't try out the different session types... with no monthly option or trial, this may be too big an investment for a group too ill to work. Maybe a gift subscription setup? Approach seems likely to help, though. Needs captions!
