★★★★★ Really good but could easily be made great. I love all the channels with the corny romance movies. I wish it included local channels and was easier to watch in popup view on mobile devices. I also wish that the cheapest plan offered dvr, even if it wasn't unlimited. The ability to filter your recordings (unwatched, a certain channel, movies, etc.) and change how they are sorted would be nice. The premium plan should include ad free vod.

★★☆☆☆ What a bummer! I signed up, thinking I could access Hallmark movies and other channels. Then I find out that I still have to pay for Hallmark! The same price as signing up directly. I immediately cancelled Fondly, never even used it, but still was charged for the first month! So I put it on my Roku and tried to watch a movie. 30 minutes in, I'm stuck with a bunch of commercials...after at least 5 minutes of them, I left. Purchased Hallmark+ and watched 2 movies without interruption.

★★☆☆☆ It's better than it was, but it's still janky, but you get used to it... That said, sometimes there's nothing you can do to overcome the jank. Be prepared for "resume watch" to not take and having to start your program over from the beginning. The app on Roku is much better, and I try to use it over my phone/tablet and recommend others to do the same.
