★★☆☆☆ When I first tried to download this app from their website it gives you the WRONG app. Instead of fuel rewards it gives you the Shell app. I thought I made an account with Shell and I ended up causing problems trying to use it. Absolutely abysmal that they link the WRONG app. I tried to tell the customer service agent, but he didn't care. I will leave a one star here until they fix it.

★★☆☆☆ App downloaded but it doesn't work. Every time when I want to add the code from Mobile, I get error message as "system error" and Oops refresh your balance. I deleted and reinstall and still doesn't work.

★★☆☆☆ They need to fix these bug issue, where you try to log in and instead of letting you log in it states system error. Annoying, especially when it's t mobile Tuesday and you trying to earn them point's to add to your fuel reward app.

★★☆☆☆ I did get 5¢ off the gallon for years instead of it going up now I only get 3¢ off the gallon
