Fund expert is a blunder service which I have face into entire my life. This service is not good for MFDs n IFAs. They have a good IT team who don't know how to compile data. After sales service is big 0 zero....... Think 2wice before join hand with fund expert.

Very bad support from RM. Iam writing after 3 months subscription. I am joint with fund expert with name of Kodak, but there is no work like Kodak. Very bad experience in data uploading, third party product payout related query and many more. Pls take needful step.

Very poor quality product. Mobile Application not working properly also technical team not improve non-working function. Query not solved by responsible persons.

Miss Vishal is very much positively handelling queries by responding to us. Improving themselves by overcoming glitches. 3rd Party products are though worst but waiting for positive feedbacks and improvements for that, like NPS by partnering with others and they themselves not track the investment they are doing with their partners. Their partners even not respond their queries like relegate for NPS.
