The app displays actions required, does not tell you what they are, and these actions are not in the notification section either. Once you navigate to a new section the back button is positioned in such a way that you can't click it. It is easier to close the app completely and start over from the home page than it is to go back one page.

Had my consultation appointment canceled like 5 times even though my payment went through per my bank. Finally, I was in a virtual waiting room and waited for over 1 hour without being connected to a provider, and then it kicked me out and the app said I missed my appointment. Staff was friendly, but canceled subscription due to the unreliable appointments and "sorry that happened, let's reschedule you" over and over again.

Really frustrated with this app and the service. The medicine is helping my weight, and the tele appointments are fast. Those are the only positives. The app is so glitchy. Every time I log in, I have to update my weight and that never stays updated. It reverts right back to my old weight. At first, it showed any forms between dr and I, and it never shows any of my documents now. I've let them know of the app issues on calls, and I'm told they will pass the info on. Ugh... not user-friendly!!
