★★☆☆☆ The app does not allow motion sensors with video capability to be selected (under 'motion detection' section) when setting up a smart rule. So, good luck setting up smart rule if you have motion sensors with video at home which in my case is sadly true. I had informed this to the development team months ago, yet no updates on this. They kept beating around the bush telling that they purposely disabled this feature as it would drain battery of the device!! What??? I am paying for this! And as per the contract, I am responsible for changing batteries, so why should G4S care at all? Extremely annoyed because of this. Another annoying thing is, you have to call up G4S customer service to set up / make changes to devices under Day/Night mode. And the reason they gave here for this was, that they don't want people (elderly people) to accidentally make mistake of removing a device from the modes it has been assigned to. Would love to give the app 5 star if at least the 1st issue I mentioned is fixed.
