Very reliable app and service. Ordering my ride on the app was easy. And our ride came on time if not a little earlier. Driver was pleasant enough and was great that you can choose an English-speaking driver on the app. Would use this taxi service again given the chance.

We used G7 a few times on our trip to Paris last year. We scheduled ahead a couple of times and also did an ASAP pickup. The entire experience was excellent. Even the ASAP pickup on a quai after a river cruise when we were docking was flawless. The driver called to confirm where exactly we were, and he was pulling up as we walked off the boat. The app gave us car make, model, color, & license plate. Drivers were all courteous and professional and the cats were very clean.

Does not show you where the driver is. Taxi arrived very far from our hotel, where we were waiting. Then charged us for cancellation. No idea why the driver was at a different location?! Uber was so much easier.

It's the worst app I've ever downloaded, it kept asking me for the road number, however I put both addresses in details, how would I know what address in which road number, the worst yet, is that I saw some money debited off my bank account, without me having any ride serviced by their taxis.

I was visiting Paris for a couple of weeks and heard about the G7 app. The first ride went well. However, when I wanted to return to the hotel, I ordered another taxi. It kept on saying the arrival was imminent, but the taxi never came. Eventually I gave up, cancelled the ride, and had to take a bus. I was then charged by the G7 app 8 euros for cancellation! I wanted to contact support, but while the app is in english, the support site is in French, so that didn't work.

The taxi fee was 40 Euro at the time of booking. However, after the end of the ride, my card was charged 58 Euro. Really dodgy app. Avoid using this!
