The online promotion of $42 off $499 is totally fake promotion, few days ago I see a lenovo laptop I am interested and check online to buy, there is deduction of amount according to promotion. But last night, I try to buy lenovo laptop online, there is no more deduction of the promotion amount, just only 2 days difference & promotion is gone for no reason. (The $42 off $499 promotion suppose to last until 23 april) CS is bad in answer promotion event Qs and item stock checking is too slow.

Frustrating to use, every time have to re-enter email and password despite selecting the Save checkbox. Items save in cart or wishlist disappear once user leave the app. When adding item to cart, pop-up window shows the price is very much higher than the price of the actual item. Called hotline 3 times to book aircon site survey, but no one actually get back to me. This is so annoying.

It doesn't even deserve a star. Bad experience during online purchase. Item was not be reserved for me even after online purch was paid. Cust service was bad. Eventually I asked for refund and got a shock that their refund took 4 to 6 weeks to credit it back to me. Other online platform only took 2 working days to do so. 2 weeks had passed, and I had written to appeal for refund to be credited ASAP as it was a big ticket item. No one respond to me at all. Totally lost my trust with Gain City.:(
