Please add a transparency mode 🙏🙏🙏 These would be perfect earbuds if they had a transparency mode, and an absolutely perfect replacement / upgrade for those of us who are die hard Galaxy Buds Live fans, but without a transparency mode they block too much outside sound to be worn all day.

UPDATE WHAT?!!! When I open the app tells me to update and takes me to Google Play store which shows that it's already up-to-date. I've already uninstalled and installed the app multiple times but still doesn't seem to work. On top of that I don't understand why Samsung can't integrate their apps properly. Why do I have to download two separate apps for my headphones? Which by the way have the worst connectivity I've had on any Bluetooth headphones I have ever owned. SMH! 😤

Keeps prompting to update but no update available. Have to uninstall and reinstall every time to use. Then next time same again Needs sorting or the expensive buds will be going back 😠
