★★★★★ Finally, found an app which not jus change the date but actually rearrange the photos according to date. It also affects the Snapchat camera roll option. I was looking for it for a long time, this way I can use Snapchat as a cloud photo storage with each photo on there respective date.

★★☆☆☆ Relatively not working Impossible to add individual files and did not pick the date from the file name and incorrectly change the date to 1970.
