★★★★★ First time user and it was flawless. I will definitely use again. Very easy to navigate, and I appreciated the emails to help make sure it was a great experience. The fees are FAR LESS than competitive apps. I will recommend to everyone who purchases tickets regularly.

★★★★★ Can't seem to access them to tickets right now but my experience was great. 2.10.25 The new fee amount doesn't seem fair. These new fee changes have me shopping around, and I've slowed down my ticket purchase from game time.

★★☆☆☆ Accidentally bought tickets to the wrong show ....will not give refund only credit trying to spend credit, but the service fees on this app are ridiculous to high!!!! It would be cheaper for me to buy it directly from the venue like half price....DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!!!

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS HERE!! COMPANY WILL NOT HONOR PRICE MATCH/ REFUND POLICY. Purposefully draws out process in order to deny claim. Horrible customer service. Follows textbook copy/paste responses without situational awareness or practical empathy. Will not support customer when issues arise Edit: my review clearly exemplified by their response here
