Never use their service. Been waiting 24 hours for delivery, that's 24 hours past the time they said they'll deliver. Called the driver he said he doesn't have the order. The customer service is not answering their phone. AVOID!

Since they added 40 SR to my wallet, I have been unable to use it or add to it. The request will be processed with cash payment only. I added my card twice, and they deducted 1 SR each time without allowing me to use the card!

I used their offer to refill a cylinder for 15 riyals, which required adding a minimum of 75 riyals to the app wallet. Now, I haven’t received the order, and I’m unable to cancel it or get my money back.
