★★★★★ I've been using the app for a week and so far have been able to book everything I wanted.

★★☆☆☆ Well, slowly making it work for my needs, getting around it to find what I want. To cancel a booking, so many steps - unclearly labelled... very difficult to find. Illogical labels, still learning the 'code' after 2 years' use. Very slow to respond. But if you touch midway through, you end up trapped halfway through a booking. Hard to scroll through without accidentally touching something and booking yourself on an activity by mistake! Then complicated to cancel!

★★☆☆☆ Prefer old booking system. New site is mind glowingly to busy, with those awful color blinding boxes, confusing.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely awful app not fit for purpose. You add a class then it takes you right back to the start or the page. Hard to navigate. Not fit for purpose.
