I really like this store, Gelato has 29 locations, rhey get picked up by the local brance, just got off the phone with Western Australia Warehouse. They are nice, kind, and quick to answer online chat. If there's any questions, just hit up the Staff, if you need to, they will help evan answered my question without asking Much. Been using this app for my store that froze countless times while creating and updating my product for my Etsy shop, and it has been a constant hassle ever since!!! I've even tried many times contacting support center, and they are not the best and providing timely responses. I'll give this app two stars because three stars is a stretch at this point. Any advice on other print on demand platforms in mind please advise!!!!!!!!!!! Would greatly appreciate it!!!!!!!

I reinstalled the app after uninstalling it to make sure to put in my review. I was shocked when I received my package yesterday. It looked like dollar store quality. Packed against the bottom of the box not protected from banging around looked like it was just thrown in there. I took it out of the box & the hardware behind the frame extremely loose, not staying secure was all coming apart. I immediately cancelled my subscription with gelato. I couldn't believe it. What a joke. Never again.

It's not user-friendly for Australians. No way to filter products that are available here. I just wasted 3 hours attempting to order sample products with the 50% off offer. And it's a joke! It won't let me order half of what's on their sites because it' not available here. Gives you no option of fulfilling it overseas anywhere. And finally would not even accept a payment for the items I created. Badly designed website. No way to contact customer service aside an email. Not user-friendly at all.
