I love my Gem Stone lights. They gave my house a modern look. When they are not on the color lights, I have them on clear lights, I love the pain white patterns. Having the lights installed was a very easy and painless procedure. I am so glad I did it. There are so many light combinations to choose from. I love them. ❤️

Love the lights but not this app. I have 2 controllers and one of them (same one each time) goes offline once a week. Usually I reset the breaker and it returns to service. However, today I tried that, plus all the other suggestions on the support page. When I try to reconnect to Wi-Fi, it says my password is wrong, which it's not. It will connect to Bluetooth, but never switches to Wi-Fi. As soon as I walk out of BT range, the controller disconnects.

I keep loosing my GM Controller icon in my app. More than once I have had to turn off my controller and reset it multiple times. Then go on the app and try and reconnect it. This process as I have stated sometimes takes me many times to do. Very disappointing for the money.

Just had my lights installed today. The hardware is great, the software is terrible. There is no way to know what routine is running. If you open a folder to check, the lights automatically turn off. I haven't been able to figure out a way to set a timer to run pattern on only a select few lights, and from other comments here, it doesn't seem to be possible. Please, invest some resources in upgrading the app.
