Everyone is entitled to give an honest review, but why not try to show appreciation that we even have an app to use in the first place and then make recommendations of how they can better resolve your complaints and make the app better. But to disrespect the app and disregard the work that went into making it for us, for FREE, is beyond disrespectful. So far, the app has been great for me! I have ALOT on me right now, and the 4 part test gave me hope that I'm still capable of bouncing back.

Surprisingly really helped me out during a stressful time. I appreciate the people who took the time and effort to make this app to help the vets that could use a little mindfulness boost.

I tried this app based on a VA invitation via email. I work professionally as a software engineer and my first thought when using this app is that it was developed by a college student as their capstone project, or an intern. It's pretty sparse and offers about the same functionality as a pen and paper.

Not enough choices for emotions, no anger emotional choices either. An assessment that doesn't even work. Do one every 30 days, yet it doesn't ever update, digital assistance is horrible no one to talk to right away. This app is only good for vets to locate a job, this app is not good for anything else. No tools for help just games that don't help my many symptoms of mental and emotional problems. All in all this app is trash and a waste of time.
