Card service is back after months. The app is useful and convenient. Just wish we would've been informed more. I was messaged to give a 5* review in return for some money. Never got it. Feels weird

After months of waiting for them to resolve an issue, they didn't even inform the customers that everything was back. When I thought everything was back to normal, they wrongly cancelled my account and took their time to reactive it. No replies to emails, chat staffs just kept apologizing and pushing the blame to other department for days. Only at the mentioned of reporting them to the police then something was done. Very, very disappointing! Definitely not recommended!
