★★☆☆☆ I had to change to a 2 star from a 5. After being on this site for 3 years, I moved over to boat setter. It's set up better for boat owners, and they offer insurance, this site is hard to navigate, you have to make changes to your listings from the website, not the app, then they have cancelled bookings for no reason before, then putting them back on an hour before they start with a lame apology. The app glitches and will let you book multiple bookings for the same time, there's so much more.

★★☆☆☆ Bad customer service and hidden charges. Be aware!! Very bad experience, book a boat, then cancel it. Even then, they charge service tax, but before booking, they said all amount is refundable, When I called Customer service, they said, "Why did you cancel the trip?" Instead of solving an issue, they were blaming. So be careful, ppl.

★★☆☆☆ Difficult to use, filters are badly designed, and you can't sort. Jesus I hope I'll find something better. An Excel would work better as long as I can actually look for the boats. Why are so many motorboats marked as sailing.
