★★☆☆☆ Jet ski booked in Punta Cana. Provider didn't provide food or water as was advertised about the tour in the app. 4 hour tour took more than 6 hours for mismanagement. I bought food myself, but he didn't let me eat in the car. Name of the tour booked: "From Bavaro: private jet ski experience with Hotel Transfer". Conducted by Go Jet car punta Cana by Octavia. The worst part was that he didn't seem to care about poor customer experience at all. Never again!!

★★☆☆☆ If you enjoy booking a "Private Day Tour" then having to buy the admission tickets to the attraction for 50% more than the cost of the tour then this is the app for you. Then, if you want the tour guide to go into the attraction with you, you also have to buy the tour guides ticket and presumably pay him for his efforts. Would not have purchased this trip under these conditions if the description had been clear. Rip off.
