★★★★★ I have had the app for quite a while for a SIM I use for data on a boat. Last year I joined Riffraff again for my mobile phone and used the existing Riffraff app, so both Sims are in one place. The boat sim with the rather trivial Missions is complete. My personal mobile phone Missions say I have yet to download the app but whatever I do logging out and uninstalling I cannot clear that last mission, maybe it's because the accounts are linked, It's daft but frustrating.

★★☆☆☆ I'm registered, and can log in but all the app does is tell me to get a sim. I can't find my data. It's not a bit like the pictures in Play Store. Uninstalling, waste of space. Update: Tried again Oct 2024, the app, still couldn't find my data.

★★☆☆☆ Hopeless. When I log in the app asks for a confirmation code. I go to my email, retrieve the code and the app has gone back to the login page. On the occasions when it doesn't, and I'm able to enter the code, it goes back to the login anyway. Rinse and repeat.... I also find in Greater London signal quality is extremely variable and often there's no effective internet. This renders the £20 bundle pretty useless and a waste of money.

★★☆☆☆ I'm a new customer. The app is stuck with a perpetual loading icon when I try to log in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still nothing. Not a great start riffraff!
