Effective, easy-to-use app for local workers looking for temporary jobs/shifts. I have been working under this company for a couple of months, and it has been smooth sailing. A lot of these reviews were before the app went properly live, which I get how that can be frustrating. I had the app just a week before it went live, and there was no indication that it wasn't working, so I was pretty bummed there was nothing for me. Now there's like at least 40 jobs a week, and that's just what's available for me on transit. I had my first job on Friday, and it went great, with my payment the next day! I wish more part-time work was available instead of all 8-hour shifts though

After the latest update of this app. I was unable to collect rank points. I had to use my old phone that has old version of this app to collect rank points. But after few days, I was unable to see any shifts. I have an issue with seeing shifts. I told Gig hound support many times that why I don't see shifts of Percolator Langley even though I get notifications but don't see any shift. I always keep app open. Gig hound Support didn't take this seriously to solve this issue, totally pathetic support.

Was decent for about a week and then every shift within 50 km was suddenly gone or booked the second it was posted. If they ever actually had positions available would be decent.
